Terms & Conditions (T&C)

These terms govern the services provided by BCK-Inc to its professional and individual clients.

Order & quotes

• Each engagement starts after acceptance of a signed quote and the related engagement letter.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance unless stated otherwise.
• Additional requests are subject to priced amendments approved before execution.

Payment

• Billing follows the schedule in the quote (deposits, milestones, balance).
• Invoices are payable by bank transfer within 30 days end of month.
• Late payments incur penalties up to 3 times the legal interest rate and a fixed indemnity of €40.
• VAT not applicable (art. 293 B). Amounts are shown in euros excluding VAT and net payable.

Delivery & warranties

• Deliverables (source code, documentation, mockups) are provided via agreed tools (GitHub, Notion, etc.).
• A 15-day acceptance period allows reporting of blocking issues.
• Fixes within the initial scope are covered free of charge during this period.

Maintenance & support

• Evolutionary or corrective maintenance services are subject to a separate contract (fixed-price or time & materials).
• Service levels (SLA) are defined in the commercial proposal and reviewed annually.

Propriété intellectuelle

• Les droits patrimoniaux sont cédés au client après paiement complet des honoraires.
• BCK-Inc conserve la possibilité de réutiliser les briques génériques (outils internes, bibliothèques).
• La mention de la collaboration peut être utilisée comme référence, sauf refus écrit du client.

Résiliation

• Chaque partie peut résilier la prestation avec un préavis de 15 jours en cas de manquement grave non corrigé.
• Les travaux réalisés restent dus et facturables au prorata des livrables produits.

Médiation

• Plateforme européenne de règlement en ligne des litiges : ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Privacy policy

I collect only the data necessary for contact, client project management and information about my services.

• Data collected: identity, professional contact details, project-related information.
• Purpose: respond to requests, commercial follow-up, execution of contractual services, marketing communications.
• Legal basis: user consent and contractual necessity (Article 6 GDPR).
• Retention period: 3 years from last contact for leads; contractual duration for clients.
• Recipients: Benjamin Carpentier (BCK-Inc) and authorized providers (hosting, CRM tools).

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact me at dpo@bck-inc.fr. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Terms of Use
